What’s the best way to build your legs? I kinda have chicken legs to begin with but my diets complete healthy it’s sucks. What could I also do to grow taller in the process?
I always say the best way to deal with chicken legs is to fry em haha seriously. I really believe in the power of a good run, and I don’t mean an hr on the treadmill; I’m talking a nice long trail with a good array of terrain. Go for a run everyday and you’ll start to see pretty instantaneous results.(its also a fantastic stress releiver!)As for growing taller, vitamin d promotes bone growth so drink a glass of milk and stretch a lot hahaha.Thats what I would do at least :)
